The Environmental Protection Authority has released a Draft Environmental Assessment Guideline specifically to address the development of outcome-based conditions which are to be followed when preparing proposals. Outcome-based conditions are defined for this guideline as those conditions that are recommended in an EPA report. The objectives of this guideline are to outline methodologies, identify issues and present examples when composing outcome-based conditions.
