In the recent months there have been announcements on the ASX regarding the acquisition of ecologia Environment by Resource Development Group Limited (RDG).  

We are pleased to announce that as of the 27th April 2012, ecologia is now formally integrated as a subsidiary of RDG.  RDG is a vertically integrated group of companies providing industry leading services to the mining and resources sector.

RDG works on a business model building synergies through subsidiary companies, combining the capabilities of each business to provide smart project delivery and the fast tracking of projects for clients.

ecologia will be working alongside partner subsidiary companies Engenium (project delivery www.engenium.com.au), Pacer (engineering construction contractor www.pacerengineers.com.au) and Intellect Systems (specialist engineering www.intellectsystems.com.au) to continue servicing the resource and infrastructure sectors both domestically and internationally.

Whilst ownership has changed, ecologia will continue to provide both industry and government with professional and industry leading service, and will operate business as usual.
