Manager Environment
A proven manager, you have a demonstrated ability to manage people under pressure and ensure projects are delivered with the highest standards, on time and within budget. You quickly identify the development needs of others and take a mentoring and training approach to lift their performance. You form close relationships with clients and have excellent persuasive abilities both in person and in print, with a strategic mindset to winning new business and putting your ideas into action. You’re hardworking, results focused, goal orientated, have excellent organisation skills, can work effectively in a team of peers and can assist the directors in achieving the company business plan.
Senior Botanist – Taxonomist
This vacancy represents a major opportunity to advance your career working within an industry-leading biological sciences team who enjoys high credibility with both industry and regulators.
Essential to this role as a senior botanist/taxonomist are a minimum of 5 years working experience and tertiary qualifications in Biological Science or a related field.
The primary focus will be plant taxonomy, so as well as extensive taxonomic identification skills you’ll have experience in botanical field surveys, vegetation mapping, rare flora management and botanical data analysis. Report production experience is desirable.
In addition to technical skills you are hardworking, results focused, goal orientated, have excellent organisation skills and are able to work effectively in a team of peers.
